The Lakers are having a tough season. They are currently 9th place in the western conference, a far cry from the lofty expectations attached to them before the season began.

And, things just got worse for them. In the second quarter of yesterday’s game vs the Utah Jazz, AD had to be helped off the court after suffering a serious ankle injury. The big fella went up to catch a lob pass and came down awkwardly on Rudy Gobert’s foot. Thankfully, the x-rays showed there was no fracture, but there’s still no timeline for his return.
