Modern day heroes, these Gilas players are, spending their days and nights away from their families to bring honor to everyone rooting for them back home.

Day 4: Japeth destroys Jeff

Japeth Aguilar is part of the national team because of his length and athleticism, and in the fourth day of the Gilas Pilipinas training camp, he showed exactly that—crossing over Andray Blatche and posterizing Jeff Chan.

After a grueling day of scrimmage, the team visited the family of Gary David for some sinigang, pancit, and lumpia. Kain Pilipinas!

Day 3: Basketball and pizza

Day three of the Gilas Pilipinas training camp in Miami was all about offensive sets, with Andray Blatche showing a glimpse of what he can bring to the Gilas offense.
